What’s the most important thing you do in your job?

The most important thing I do every day is focus on our employees. Their engagement and professional development is what really drives the business and the relationships with our clients.

Who was your most significant mentor, and what did you learn from that person?

A former manager and mentor, Dennis Shafer, really had huge impact on my professional growth. He helped me learn to navigate those tough conversations by being transparent and not sacrificing the needed outcomes for our customers, employees and shareholders. He was always there to guide me, have honest conversations and pick me up when I needed it the most.
