Criminal law — Sufficiency of evidence — Illegal gun possession
Travon Harris was convicted in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County of various gun-related offenses—two counts of illegal possession of a shotgun or rifle, two counts of illegal possession of two regulated firearms, and one count of possession of ammunition while being prohibited from possessing a regulated firearm — after he was found in an apartment containing guns and ammunition following the execution of an arrest warrant. On appeal, he argues the evidence is insufficient to support his convictions.
