Craig Bash, M.D. (“Dr. Bash”), self-represented appellant, challenges the decision of the Maryland State Board of Physicians (the “Board”), appellee, concluding that he was guilty of unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine in violation of Md. Code Ann., Health Occ. Art. (“HO”) § 14-404(a)(3)(ii) (2014 Repl. Vol.), and ordering that he be placed on probation for two years, pay a fine of $50,000, complete a course in medical ethics, and submit changes to his website to the Board for approval.
