JAMAIYA OGLESBY v. BALTIMORE SCHOOL ASSOCIATES, et al

Torts — Lead paint — Expert witness

This case arises out of a lawsuit brought by Appellant, Jamaiya Oglesby, for injuries that she alleges she suffers from exposure to lead-based paint while living at 2000 East North Avenue, an apartment building that was owned and operated by Appellees, Baltimore School Associates (BSA). On appeal, Oglesby asks us to review the circuit court’s exclusion of expert witness testimony and subsequent grant of summary judgment in favor of BSA.
