Shawn Noratel developed an advertising agency that takes pride in quality creative and providing all services in-house as opposed to outsourcing creative, ideas and solutions.

Liquified Creative LLC launched in 2007 and has had 1,250% revenue growth during Noratel’s tenure.
Noratel is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel, for which he is a board member and marketing chair today.
He earned his BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art. He stays actively engaged in the local community through programs such as Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation, SPCA of Anne Arundel County, Annapolis Summer Garden Theater and programs with the Anne Arundel County Public Schools. He is also a member of the American Association of Political Consultants and the Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.
His firm’s work has earned a variety of industry awards over the years, including a bronze 2022 Telly Award for The Arc Central Chesapeake Region online commercial, “Are You Ready to Take Flight” and a gold 2022 Hermes Award for strategic campaigns in media relations for AeroVanti Airlines Holiday Humanitarian Mission.
