– Jane Fairweather

A 30-year veteran of the local real estate business, Jane Fairweather has consistently ranked among the top producers in her field in Maryland, the Washington-area region and nationally.

Based in Bethesda, her career sales long ago exceeded $1 billion and the Wall Street Journal has ranked the Jane Fairweather Team, which sells an average of 170-190 homes per year, as No. 1 in Montgomery County, No. 2 in Maryland and among the top 150 real estate agents in the country.

She has been named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker agent in the Washington Metropolitan Area and has consistently ranked among the top Coldwell Banker agents in the nation.

“My goal is to always offer expert advice and provide exceptional service to my clients,” she notes on her Linkedin account. “We strive to help our clients achieve their goals, whether it’s selling or buying, in the most professional and ethical manner.”

A recent graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Fairweather served on former Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett’s Economic Advisory Council. She was invited by Maryland State Comptroller Peter Franchot to testify in Annapolis on the state of the real estate market and has given a residential real estate State of the Market speech at the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Update Presentation for the past 10 years.

Fairweather also plays an active role in the community through her association with such local organizations as the Rotary Club, the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and the BCC Rescue Squad, among others.

Along with her husband David, who is part of the Jane Fairweather Team, Fairweather also runs various programs to benefit the local community.
