She has been named the No. 1 Coldwell Banker agent in the Washington Metropolitan Area and has consistently ranked among the top Coldwell Banker agents in the nation.

“My goal is to always offer expert advice and provide exceptional service to my clients,” she notes on her Linkedin account. “We strive to help our clients achieve their goals, whether it’s selling or buying, in the most professional and ethical manner.”

A recent graduate of Leadership Montgomery, Fairweather served on former Montgomery County Executive Isaiah Leggett’s Economic Advisory Council. She was invited by Maryland State Comptroller Peter Franchot to testify in Annapolis on the state of the real estate market and has given a residential real estate State of the Market speech at the Bethesda/Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce’s Real Estate Update Presentation for the past 10 years.
