Baltimore-based real estate investment manager Alex. Brown Realty is now ABR Capital Partners, the company announced Tuesday.
The rebranding, which includes a new brand identity, logo and website, coincides with the firm’s 50th anniversary and is meant to both honor the firm’s roots and reflect its vision for the next phase of its growth and expansion, company officials said in a news release.
ABR’s new website, abrcapital.com, introduces a more modern look and feel, while showcasing the firm’s strategy, its investments, its team and community initiatives, company officials said.
Since the inception of the firm in 1972, ABR has acquired more than $4.5 billion of assets, representing more than 400 transactions and six firm-sponsored real estate funds.
