Zoning — Event venue — Special exception

The Charles County Board of Appeals (the “Board”) granted Woodville Pines, LLC, (“Woodville”) a “special exception” to use property it owns as an event and conference venue. Several surrounding landowners of the property appealed the Board’s decision to the Circuit Court for Charles County, which reversed the Board’s grant of the special exception permit.
