A jury, sitting in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, convicted Isaiah Darius Fogg, appellant, of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, armed robbery, and related firearms offenses. The court sentenced appellant to an aggregate term of 70 years’ incarceration. On appeal, he presents three questions for our review.
