Zoning — Nonconforming use — Haulage service
The Anne Arundel County Board of Appeals (“Board”) granted the application of Blackjack Trucking, LLC (“Blackjack”) to register a nonconforming use, specifically, a contractor’s shop and yard, on residentially-zoned property. Cedar Hill Development, Inc. (“Cedar Hill”), an adjacent landowner, sought judicial review of the Board’s decision in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County.
