Criminal law — Sufficiency of evidence — Second-degree murder

Terrence McNatt, appellant, was convicted following a jury trial in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County of second-degree murder, home invasion, attempted home invasion, and conspiracy to commit home invasion. The jury acquitted Mr. McNatt of first-degree murder, the use of a firearm in a crime of violence, and conspiracy to commit first-degree premeditated murder.
