LITIGATION PARALEGAL

Baxter Baker has an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal. You would be joining a well-established firm and tight-knit group. Litigation experience is a requirement. Medical malpractice experience is preferred but not necessary. Job duties include but are not limited to reviewing, organizing, and summarizing medical records, drafting subpoenas and pleadings, reviewing and organizing document production, scheduling depositions, coordination with expert witnesses, and conducting legal research and e-filing.
