Edward L. Healy IV was admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2021 and works as an associate at Wright, Constable, & Skeen LLP in their labor and employment, sports and entertainment and corporate law practice areas.

Healy graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2021, where he served as class president in the student bar association, as well as president of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Association (EASL). He founded a sports law competition board for EASL and competed in the Tulane Pro Football Negotiation Competition, finishing as a quarterfinalist in 2021.

Healy spent time as a player personnel, public relations and ticketing operations intern for the Baltimore Ravens, including during the 2012 season and Super Bowl run. He clerked in the National Football League’s management council, where he worked on matters related to employment contract review, labor grievances and collective bargaining for the commissioner’s office.

Healy’s community involvement includes serving as the head varsity basketball coach at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School in Baltimore from 2015-2017. He is a regional outreach captain in Maryland for the Sports Lawyers Association. He is involved with the Baltimore Catholic League and is a newly minted mentor for Innovation Works Baltimore
