What is your most significant accomplishment?
My most significant professional accomplishment is starting my own law practice and being able to see my business grow and continue thriving 17 years later. I started my law practice as a solo practitioner in 2006. In 2018, my firm merged with another firm and acquired the practice of an attorney who became a judge. The firm now has three attorneys and four paralegals. Thus, over 17 years, the business has been able to withstand recessions, changes in the market, a firm merger and acquisition, adapted to new technology, and most recently survived a global pandemic.
In addition, the business has a strong reputation in the community for providing quality legal services; most of our clients come to us through referrals from colleagues, former clients, and judges. The business is in good financial health, has significantly increased revenue, and consistently provides high-quality legal services as demonstrated by referrals and recognition within the legal community.
