What is your most significant accomplishment?

My most significant professional accomplishment to date happened in 2022 when I was selected to be part of Wells Fargo’s Growing Diverse Housing Developers, a four-year program that will help 39 developers grow their businesses and overcome systemic barriers created by generations of racism and disinvestment.

I also received financing support from numerous organizations including Goldman Sachs, Amazon and Capital Impact Partners which has been instrumental in my ability to own and develop property independently, not as a consultant.

After 23 years of owning my own company and 27 years of industry experience, I am finally gaining the recognition and support I need to be a successful black woman in real estate. I am leveraging this funding for projects in Baltimore, Prince George’s County, the District of Columbia and Cleveland.
