What is your most significant accomplishment?
For Sam DuFlo, a Baltimore-based physical therapist known nationally as “Dr. Sam,” the most profound moment in her professional life came in the days immediately following the mandated lockdown during the pandemic.
She acted calmly, quickly and with resolve to secure the support necessary to not only keep her business afloat but also keep her staff employed. The advocate in her has consistently influenced her approach to designing the Indigo workplace environment and culture.
Offering beautiful spaces, flexible hours, strong benefits, paid training and development. Not only was Indigo able to retain the entirety of its staff, but the practice also doubled in size over the remainder of 2020 and 2021 and reinforced its position as a leader in Maryland’s medical, health and wellness space.
