Most Significant Accomplishment:
Becoming the president of Harford Community College has been my most significant accomplishment. I made a career change late in life and had to work extra hard to get the appropriate credentials (masters and doctorate) and the professional experiences to prepare for a presidency.
Most Significant Personal Accomplishment:
I decided to pursue my career in higher education and, as a result, I went back to school to pursue additional degrees at 45 years old. I completed a masters degree and then a doctorate degree as a wife, mother of two and while working full-time as a senior administrator at a college.
