What is your most significant accomplishment?

Most significantly, I created several organizational programs in a way that is collaborative, data driven, and effective in meeting strategic goals. The ones that I am most proud of include the development of an International Student Recruitment and Service Program at Garrett College that included having a significant impact on our local community; a new Advising and Academic Success Center that combined services of career, transfer; and academic advising as well as tutoring a testing at Garrett College; and a Volunteer Program that was the first coordinated and strategic volunteer program for HART for Animals.

In each of these programs, the people we served and the employees affected by the program were included in the development, implementation and evaluation of the programs. Each of these programs received top reviews from administrators, users and the community.
