What is your most significant accomplishment?
Launching impactHR continues to be my most significant accomplishment. I started my company during a tough economic downturn in 2006, and over the past 17 years, have grown it into a thriving, profitable company. Through that downturn period, and through several subsequent periods of market turbulence, I’m always grateful to my team and our clients, partners and friends who have helped my company grow.
On a personal level, I’m grateful every day for the opportunities I’ve had, over these many years, to continue growing as a leader. I’m in awe of the many people around me, including my family, who’ve given me so much support, enabling my personal growth. I’m also constantly inspired by my two children, both of whom are now adults. It’s important to me that they understand we can all do what we want in life and succeed in our endeavors if we maintain personal integrity, perseverance and courage.
