Senior Vice President
Bank of America

Most Significant Accomplishment:

Quite frankly, after spending more than 12 years at Bank of America and two as a professional consultant to the company, I recently received the highest level of rating/recognition for work contributions within the company. Lead the integration and adoption of marketing mix models, used to estimate the ongoing revenue and product impacts of the company’s $750MM – $950MM marketing budget. These models have become a significant part of the strategic measurement at Bank of America, and used regularly to simulate and optimize where those marketing millions are best positioned to drive high return on ad spend for the company.

Example of Mentoring:

As an early adopter of remote work (15+ years), I have been able to spend a lot of time mentoring co-workers both professionally and personally through the COVID pandemic. The necessity to work at home was a real challenge for many. Helping others navigate communication, technology, and general work/life balance became a regular part of my days. Ensuring that folks took advantage of productivity tools, organizational materials and mental health resources (taking time for walks, meditation), was part of this mentoring process. I often spent many hours with co-workers playing part tech support and part therapist. While it may seem to be an unusual example of mentoring, it’s something that I was proud to do and received significant appreciation from team members and friends in that regard.
