Criminal procedure — Admissibility of evidence — Harmless error

In 2003, a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County found Bryan Jerome Fletcher, appellant, guilty of premeditated murder in the first degree, use of a handgun in the commission of a felony or crime of violence, conspiracy to commit murder, and car theft. The court sentenced Fletcher to life imprisonment plus additional terms.
