Contracts — Breach of contract — Settlement agreement

Dr. Tammy Williams and Dr. Larry McRae, both principals in the Prince George’s County school system, brought claims for breach of contract and violation of the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Law (“MWPCL”) against the Board of Education of Prince George’s County (“the Board”) after they learned that they were being paid less than four other similarly situated principals (“the Comparators”).
