Baltimore County firm arranges sale of Pa. shopping center

Owings Mills-based Neuman Commercial Group LLC arranged the sale of Airport Village, a 70,500-square-foot grocery and drugstore anchored neighborhood retail center in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.

Constructed on 10.7 acres, Airport Village was 87% occupied at the time of sale, with national grocer Aldi, Dollar Tree, Rite Aid, Burger King, Verizon, US Renal Care, and accompanying service and food tenants. Gil Neuman of Neuman Commercial Group represented the seller, Nassimi Realty of New York, and procured the private buyer.

The sale price was undisclosed.

Neuman Commercial Group formed in 2017 as a firm specializing in arranging the disposition and acquisition of mid-Atlantic anchored and unanchored retail properties. Before its first year in 2017, CoStar named Neuman Commercial Group a Power Broker Top Firm Award winner, then again in 2020 and 2022.
