As a graduate from Mount St. Mary’s College with a BS in political science and a minor in business and marketing, Morgan C. Gilligan serves as a vice president and operations manager for Stewart Title Guaranty Co., overseeing the mid-Atlantic market. Stewart Title is a publicly traded global title
insurance provider.
With over 25 years of experience, Gilligan is known as a visionary, results-proven executive with a track record of success in innovative marketing, business development and operations solutions. His proven ability to establish prominence for a company and its products through branding and positioning efforts have led him to being a beloved team member and motivator.
Gilligan is known for building strong, sustainable partners and customer relationships. His work at Stewart Title Guaranty Co. began 11 years ago as vice president and senior business development officer where he played a key role in the growth of the Baltimore’s market share.
Prior to joining Stewart, Gilligan spent 9 years with an agent for Stewart. He started off his career in finance before moving into title insurance.
Gilligan has held many Board positions in the community, including at the Baltimore School for the Arts, NAIOP Maryland, ULI Baltimore and The Baltimore Station to highlight a few.
