What’s the most important thing you do in your job?

Give the right advice promptly and with kindness, even if not what the client wants to hear.

What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?

Out-of-control discovery. So many attorneys have lost the plot and bring zero proportionality to the discovery phase of the case.

If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?

I was a high school teacher of English and Italian before I became an attorney, and I would return to that profession.
