Rebecca Altman, RN, MBA has joined the University of Maryland Medical Center as senior vice president and chief administrative officer for its Midtown Campus. Altman is responsible for the overall performance of UMMC Midtown including building relationships with community partners. She also serves on the state Health Equity Resource Community Advisory Committee.
