Torts — Medical malpractice — Statute of limitations
Everett Ritchie, appellant, filed a medical malpractice claim in the Circuit Court for Cecil County against appellees, Thomas Damiano, M.D. and Union Hospital of Cecil County, Inc. Dr. Damiano and Union Hospital each moved to dismiss the complaint, claiming that the statute of limitations had run and that the Certificate of Qualified Expert Mr. Ritchie had filed in support of his claim was deficient. The circuit court granted the motions. Mr. Ritchie appeals the rulings.
