Joan Bialek, the company’s founder and CEO, has driven the company’s success for over 30 years. Under her leadership, Bialek has grown into a Woman-Owned Small Business with a reputation for creating inspiring, productive environments. Joan is passionate about integrating nature into workspaces, as seen with the company’s Breathe™ Living Walls, which bring greenery indoors, enhancing air quality and creating healthier spaces.
