What does it mean to you to be a women-owned business?
Being a woman-owned business owner carries profound significance, both personally and professionally. It means breaking barriers and challenging traditional norms, especially in industries where women, particularly Hispanic and Latin women, have historically been underrepresented. I am overjoyed and deeply grateful for the opportunity to represent not only women in business but also Hispanic and Latin females in every facet of the business industry.
How do you support women in your business and community?
Calderon strongly believes in the empowerment of woman owned businesses. Calderon has created strategic partnerships with other women business enterprises to ensure that as a mentor we build a strong network. We encouraged and motivate upcoming WBEs to build a strong network that equates to net worth.
As a company, Calderon strives to be a mentor to woman-owned businesses in every industry.
