What challenges have you faced as a women-owned business?

We faced more challenges in the staffing industry prior to launching our company. The staffing/sales industry is very male and single dominated leading to a 24×7 on-call mentality, imbalance in the office, not having a voice and strain of personal and professional relationships. Balancing professional and personal responsibilities will always be a challenge, along with the threat of burnout.
