What does it mean to you to be a women-owned business?

Starting a women-owned business in the male-dominated industry that is family law, we were determined to create a firm specifically designed to empower and support women. We celebrate a collaborative work environment, a healthy work-life balance and an overall positive atmosphere to not only uplift our attorneys and staff, but also our clients. In doing so, we have created an unparalleled firm filled with skilled, compassionate women all striving to achieve the best results for our clients.

What challenges have you faced as a women-owned business?

One of the significant challenges we encounter is the tendency for individuals to underestimate female attorneys. It is important for us to demonstrate that our capabilities are not defined by our gender, but by the knowledge and experience that we are able to bring to the table.
