Angel Connolly serves as executive vice president and director of Commercial Banking at Fulton Bank, where she has helped lead the transformation and growth of the bank’s Commercial Banking Division. Under her guidance, the division has expanded its client base, deepened relationships and strengthened the bank’s presence across Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Pennsylvania.

Connolly has championed initiatives supporting economic development while creating space for diverse perspectives to shape decision-making and mentoring women and emerging professionals across the industry. Within Fulton Bank, she has played an important role in the company’s Management Trainee program, building a culture of support, mentorship and commitment to employee advancement. She has also served as a mentor in Fulton’s formal mentorship program, a nine-month initiative pairing employees across business lines for monthly sessions focused on empowering one another and overcoming challenges. One intern she mentored, Thomas Huber, was accepted into the Management Trainee program following graduation and was promoted to commercial banking relationship manager.

Beyond the bank, Connolly has dedicated time to strengthening Baltimore’s communities through hands-on service. As treasurer for St. Francis Neighborhood Center, an institution serving Baltimore youth through education and enrichment, she helped guide financial strategy during a period of growth and change. As a board member of Signal 13, she supports Baltimore’s police officers and their families, making a difference for those who serve local neighborhoods. She also serves as vice president of the Parent Teacher Organization at Hampstead Hill Academy.
