Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Avis Dillard-Bullock has spent 16 years at JMA Solutions, during which the company has grown from nine employees to more than 100. She co-authored two Amazon bestselling books, including a devotional in the Faith For Fiery Trials series, and founded VAJK & Associates, LLC to fully pursue what she describes as a ministry of encouragement.
