SEEK, Inc.; Building Blocks Services, LLC,
Dr. Heather Lamb Consulting
Dr. Heather Lamb has built a community-to-career pipeline across three organizations — SEEK, Inc., where she serves as executive director and founder; Building Blocks Services, LLC, where she serves as founder and CEO; and Dr. Heather Lamb Consulting, where she serves as principal consultant. Across all three, her work centers on workforce readiness, practical coaching and accountability, helping residents move from uncertainty to action and helping aspiring entrepreneurs formalize and sustain their businesses.
Lamb describes her greatest professional pride as helping people create stability for their families while also helping schools and organizations build cultures where talented people want to stay, grow and lead.
She has intentionally invested in communities where people are too often overlooked, and has chosen to use her voice publicly as an author and speaker, and to stand in leadership spaces where representation matters. She describes that choice as reflecting growth, healing and purpose in motion.
In her mentorship of Janie Pope, Lamb offered one-on-one guidance when Pope was at a crossroads. Together they worked to identify what Pope wanted next, then developed a simple plan with reachable milestones. Lamb made sure Pope left each conversation feeling seen, capable and ready to take the next step with confidence.
