A Single Shoe Size Doesn’t Fit All

<br /><br />When Dan Rufo bartered with his retiring boss to take over the shoe store in the mid-1930’s, he probably didn’t realize that almost seven decades later the business would just be ending its long run.<br /><br />But that’s the case at the 67-year-old Dan Brother’s Discount Shoes in South Baltimore, which, since Rufo’s death last spring, has lost of its spark, his heirs say.
