Ahold, U.S. Chains to Share Services

Judge Awards Legal Fees to Software Company

<TAB>A federal judge has ordered Microsoft Corp. to pay a Danbury, Conn.-based software company $3.7 million in legal fees in addition to $1 million awarded for unfair trade practices.<@SM><@SM><TAB>The decision on the legal fees for Bristol Technology came Monday from U.S. District Judge Janet C. Hall who had previously increased the damages the company was awarded by a jury last year.
