FCC Looking at Whether to Regulate Cable’s Superfast Web Connections

<TAB>The Federal Communications Commission took the first step yesterday to determine whether cable companies offering superfast Web connections must allow competing Internet providers on their systems.<@SM><@SM><TAB>The effort to develop a framework for regulating new Internet services comes amid the FCC’s review of the merger between America Online and Time Warner. Michigan Medical Examiner Links Worker’s Death to Anthrax Vaccine

<TAB>A 61-year-old man whose job required him to take 11 doses of a widely used anthrax vaccine died partly because of an “inflammatory response” to the vaccine, according to autopsy results.<@SM><@SM><TAB>Richard Dunn monitored test animals for BioPort Corp., of Lansing, Mich., and its state-owned predecessor and was required to take the same vaccine given to hundreds of thousands of U.S. military personnel. He died in July.
