MIE Properties Inc. is doubling the size of its flex portfolio in Frederick to 1 million square feet, as it breaks ground today on Riverside Technology Park.<@SM><@SM><TAB>The six-building, 487,560 square-foot office complex is situated on a 44-acre parcel at the corner of Monocacy Boulevard and Progress Drive, close to the Municipal Airport off Interstate Highway 70.
