Erin R. Guiffre
Kramon & Graham, P.A.
Erin R. Guiffre was a good enough student to graduate cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center and a good enough real estate lawyer to be elected a principal in her law firm while still in her 30s and named a Maryland Super Lawyers Rising Star. And the law is not even her only passion.
Besides her work with Kramon & Graham, in Baltimore, Guiffre also feels strongly about improving job opportunities for low-income, low-skilled people and about saving the environment.
She has provided substantial pro bono services to the Baltimore-based Job Opportunities Task Force, helping the organization negotiate the lease on a new training center in Park Heights.
And, she is a certified LEED Accredited Professional in building design and construction and vice president of the board of directors of the Loading Dock, Inc., a self-sufficient, nonprofit building materials reuse center in Baltimore.
“I dedicate a lot of time to fostering change in the community through volunteering with, and providing pro bono services to, local nonprofits,” Guiffre said. “I have always been someone to make waves. I have a drive and determination to pursue change and do not abide by the ‘It’s the way things have always been’ philosophy.”
