Danielle G. Alderson owns and operates the same Chick-fil-A restaurant she began working at in high school.

In working her way up from team member to owner at the Eastpoint restaurant, Alderson has earned a reputation as an effective, influential leader in the quick service industry.

First and foremost, Alderson says she has built a “community restaurant” that works closely with nearby schools for fundraising, donations, lunches and other efforts.

She also has provided 42 college scholarships of $1,000 to team members continuing their education. Alderson also is continuing her own education as an MBA student at Towson University.

“My love affair with Chick-fil-A, my team and my business allows me to do what I love everyday while inspiring greatness from those around me in the business and on my team of colleagues,” she said.
