Laurie M. Wasserman, a partner in the family law department at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP, represents individuals in all aspects of family law.
Wasserman has been appointed by judges throughout Maryland to serve as an advocate for children in their parents’ contested custody cases. She is also a certified mediator and volunteers as a settlement facilitator in the Circuit Court of Baltimore City to help litigants negotiate a resolution in their family law cases.
This year, Wasserman was appointed to the Maryland Disability Law Center’s board of directors and is active in The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore. In 2014, she graduated from Network 2000’s Effective Impact Mentoring Program, which trains young leaders to advance within their organizations, serve the community and serve on corporate boards.
Wasserman also is the chair of her firm’s pro bono committee.
