After determining the value of the couple’s separately titled marital property and ordering a monetary award to accomplish an equal division, the trial court erred by further directing the husband to pay the monetary award out of a jointly titled account; as the wife was already entitled to half the funds in the jointly titled account, using her share for the monetary award would thwart the court’s goal of a 50-50 split.
