CINA — Change in permanency plan — From reunification to adoption by non-relative
On July 24, 2020, the Circuit Court for Dorchester County, sitting as a juvenile court, ordered the continued shelter care of a six-month old child (“D.G.”) with supervised visitation to the appellant, Ms. G (“Mother”). After an adjudicatory hearing on the Child in Need of Assistance (“CINA”) petition filed by Dorchester County Department of Social Services (“the Department”), the juvenile court found D.G. was a CINA.
