This case involves a dispute over child custody. Over the course of a two-day pendente lite hearing and a two-day trial, the court heard extensive testimony about the parents’ relationship with each other and their relationships with their children. The court found that the parties had different work schedules and could not adequately communicate with each other to reach joint decisions about the children.
