Custody & Visitation — Modification — Timeliness
Appellant Kimberly Fawl (“Mother”) filed a motion to modify a 2018 custody order, which granted appellee Travis Williams (“Father”) sole legal and primary physical custody of the couple’s minor child and provided that “a specific access schedule is not ordered at this time and shall be reserved for the future,” with Mother to have “access with the minor child as dictated by [Father] and under circumstances he deems fit.”
