I. II. Did the trial court err when it refused to dismiss the supplemental counterclaim under the doctrine of res judicata or, in the alternative, collateral estoppel? III. Did the trial court err in ordering husband to pay back pendente lite alimony under a 2004 order after the case was closed and the order expired?

The circuit court awarded rehabilitative alimony, child support and a distribution of marital property to the wife. Unhappy with the sums awarded, the wife appealed.
