Affirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Where a special-needs trust granted absolute discretion to the trustees, it included the discretion to consider all circumstances relating to the need and desirability of distributions, including the existence of other private sources of funding; absent evidence of dishonesty or improper motive, the trustees did not abuse their discretion by considering the existence of a separate trust in which the beneficiary\u2019s father held a 51 percent remainder interest.<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"Richard Barry Reff, Guardian v.
