T.C. is an adult, born in 1978. Sharon Bailey is T.C.\u2019s biological mother and Mr. Bailey\u2019s wife. Mrs. Bailey supported Mr. Bailey\u2019s petition and consented to the adoption. Tyrone E. Murray, Sr., appellant, is T.C.\u2019s biological father.
