Appeal from Baltimore County. Affirmed.<\/p>\n

Whether or not one party has acted as the primary caregiver for the child is not dispositive of a custody determination. Taking into account all the relevant evidence, the court\u2019s finding that the child\u2019s best interests would be better served with appellee was not an abuse of discretion.<\/p>\n
