CINA: evidence of neglect: award of custody to other parent<\/p>\n

The master\u2019s receipt of inadmissible hearsay did not affect the factual findings upon which the circuit court relied in determining that the child had been neglected by his mother, nor its discretionary decision to award custody to the child\u2019s father, who was able and willing to care for him.<\/p>\n
